Anyone having issues with ChargePoint public charging stations? (USA)

2024 XC60 Recharge T8 PHEV (USA)
The VOLTA chargers work perfectly (But very few available); But I've tried using ChargePoint to charge via the Volvo App and the ChargePoint App as well at 6 or 7 different public chargers and always the same result - the Charger connects to the car and stays Green steady but never charges. Anyone else getting this?
