'90 240 DL wagon rear glass issue

The back window in my wagon is about to fall out, the seal has seemed to melt down in the heat. Is a urethane like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000FW61EW/ref=cm_cr_arp_mb_bdcrb_top?ie=UTF8 my best bet or is there something else I should try? Thanks.
