Going on a mountain drive through British Columbia. Any specific PM needs?

Post Body

As per title I'm heading up into the mountains of BC on my 90 240. I have kept up normal PM on regular KM changes. Oil, plugs/ignition electrical, tranny flush, coolant is clean due to an accidental half flush doing the ECT, intake filter, pcv was done about a year ago and I clean the flame trap any time I mess around in the bay.

In the owners manual it says if I'm expecting to put heavy load on the engine that I should put 15-40 in. Should I? And If I do put 15-40 in do I need to change the filter? Filter only has about 3000km.

Other than that should I do any other PM that isn't often thought about?
