Intermittent parking lights stuck on

So recently my mother's 2007 S60 has had this weird intermittent issue where the parking lights stay on when the key's off. So far i've found that disconnecting and reconnecting the battery fixes the issue for a bit and then it's back to the same problem. OBDII doesn't show a code. I've checked all the fuses, reseated the relay's associated with that circuit. Raked the light switch, which works just fine when the lights aren't stuck on. I'm starting to wonder if it's something to do with the ECM or any of the related body modules going bad?

Any idea's or help is greatly appreciated.
