I randomly decided to count my calories one day just for lulz and found that the whipped cream I usually make for my oat pancakes was 550 cal by itself along with the 500 cal pancakes and 40 cal of blueberries. This jump started me into the world of calorie counting/ reduction and now here I am at volume eating. My problem is even if I take out the sugar and use the liquid sucralose that I put inside my pancake batter the whipped cream is still 400 cal. Aunt Jemima syrup would contain less calories but it obvious still isn't ideal. Does anyone have an recipes to replace whipped cream or syrup because naked pancakes just seem boring.
