Hey all. I think Huel is a weird thing to want to bulk up, and yet here I am.
If you haven’t heard of it, Huel is one of those meal replacement dealies with all “27 essential vitamins and minerals.” There are the shakes which are good enough volumewise for busy days.
They recently came out with a stew style one that you just add hot water to. I think needs just a liiiiiiiitttle more…something. I have a tomato basil, yellow coconut curry, and a sweet & sour flavor. I was thinking of sautéed mushrooms and onions or frozen peas?
Do you have tips or experience with this?
