Hey everyone! I have been losing weight for about a year now and I’m about to try and transition towards eating at maintenance to maintain my weight. However, I have noticed my breakfasts aren’t the best choices, so I am planning on revamping it to make it lower in calories.
I have been reading about how just using egg whites is lower in calories than the whole egg. For those who have used egg whites, do you find them filling for the amount you can consume them? My problem is sometimes I’m hungry before lunch hits at my workplace it is quite unenjoyable.
One last question is about omelettes in general. They used to be my favorite breakfast foods but I cut them out of my diet when I started to lose weight to lower my calories. I’ve started to miss them a bit and would like to add them into my diet again. Does anyone have any suggestions on low calorie ingredients I could mix in with the eggs to keep the omelette healthy?
Thank you all for your help and have a wonderful day!
