Hello!

Does anybody have any low calorie, high protein go-to recipes for sugar cravings? Something like chia seed pudding or oatmeal bake bars.

Trying to get my intake down but I have a huge sweet tooth from getting sober.

Update: Thank you to everyone that commented, I’ve added a lot of your suggestions to my grocery list.

Definitely going to try blending ninja creami recipes! I wish it wasn’t so pricey to buy one.

My mind automatically added peaunut butter filling or oatmeal.

Thank you (:

I’m a month in and I gave myself the first four weeks to go crazy. I never used to eat sweets so I’m kinda over the candy and cake now lol. I think if I tried to Greek yogurt my way through the first month I definitely would have relapsed though.

Just tried this with lime jello mix, vanilla whey and added whip cream like key lime pie. Yum 😋

I do like dark chocolate. I make muffins out of blended oatmeal and add it but I will try eating it alone. Thanks for the tip!

I’ve never heard of quark but it’s something I will regularly be buying now ☺️

Thank you and congrats on your sobriety as well! I haven’t had a fruit salad since I was a kid. Gonna make this tomorrow.
