I’m sure I’m not the first one who’s thought of this, but I had to share cuz it’s SO MUCH FOOD (it doesn’t look like much cuz I ate like half of it already lol).
It’s 1 can if tuna plus about 3/4 cups chopped cabbage, 3/4 of a honey crisp apple, and about 2 tbsp pepperoncini peppers, plus one tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt. you could really add any veggies in here though!
in any case, a HUGE bowl is about 400 calories and 36 g of protein! I’m dipping pretzel chips in it which adds 110 calories and 3 g of protein per serving. def adding this to the rotation!
