Convince me I need an air fryer and which one do you use?

I've been on the fence forever about getting an air fryer. I love the idea of making things crispy with less oil and quicker cook times on certain foods, but every time I go looking for one, I get thrown off by bad reviews and end up not pulling the trigger. Which one do you use? Any tips you would share? And favorite items you like to make in it?
