It’s been a rough couple of months, but I’m ready to get back into strict volume eating after New Years. I have a huge sweet tooth so I’m looking for some new ideas to keep on hand for when the sugar cravings hit. I also have a Ninja Creami.
Some of my current go-tos are: Greek yogurt mixed with powdered PB & topped with SF chocolate syrup & puffed kamut
Chocolate PB ice cream in the creami made with Fairlife 150cal chocolate protein shakes, powdered PB, cocoa powder, powdered monk fruit & salt
Strawberry SF jello topped with powdered PB/water mix & puffed kamut
