Not sponsored! lol Just saw this advertised on Facebook and have fallen in love with these to get my sweet fix and some extra protein and wanted to share. They come in around 290 calories if prepared as instructed: one serving of mix calls for 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (says you can use other fruits like mashed banana), 1 egg white, 2 tbsp milk of choice (their bag says cashew, but I use unsweetened almond milk).
They sell containers that can be used to microwave or bake the single serve cakes but I'm sure you could use your own. They're delish straight out of the microwave or after I've cooled them in the fridge. Can get creative with toppings. Their site has different recipes you can use the mixes for and recipes for frosting options.
The lemon, maple nut and red velvet are my faves so far. I top the lemon with a glaze made from monkfruit powdered sugar lemon juice/water or almond milk and sometimes throw blueberries on top or in it while cooking. Red velvet I like to top with powdered peanut butter almond milk water "frosting".
