Hello everyone, it has come to my attention that there are several homeless people living in Volterra. This is unacceptable as we have a surplus of government housing available and ready to be transferred to your ownership, free of charge!

To correct this problem, I'm using my imperial authority as Emperor to roll out a new Housing and Urban Development Initiative that will completely eliminate homelessness. I'll personally set you up with our finest and fanciest houses, which will be the envy of plebs around the server! The speed of this initiative is partially dependent on your cooperation (gathering at least some materials would be helpful, but is not required). Please post below if you are a Volterran Hobo in need of food and shelter.
