VW CC 2012 Sport Codes Dilema

Hello,
I am a very lucky human being, at my worst moment my cc decided to disengage , now is parked while I wonder what to do. The code shows 19143 among other little issues . The mechatronic module cost more than the car. Car moves forward and takes time to engage in reverse , is not drivable otherwise in pretty good optical condition . I have been offered a few bucks still believe is fixable for a mechanic looking to make a few k’s Maybe this is my rant .
