Is this a good deal on a tiguan??

I went into the dealer for a 2016 honda CRV with 75k miles, for 17k.
The dealer then offered a 2020 tiguan that just came back from a 3 year lease with 14k miles and theyll do it for 19k…is this a good deal or is pretty average??
People keep telling me tiguans are unreliable and expensive but is that not with the older models??
Edited: it is certified pre owned, and gets an additonal 2yr/24k on top of the original warranty.
