Hello everybody with AWD cars from VW group. I posted this list of bearings and oil seal because i couldn/t find any list few days ago when it went bad so i couldnt order bearings until we open diff/haldex to see what is inside.

Little explanation

Item no1 on bill (see pic no2 item with number 3 over it) Shaft Oil seal it is good to change both if you are opening diff. or you can change only one if you get oil leak.

Item no 2 on bill Shaft oil seal on shaft that goes from clutch to differential. It is 2 sided 2 rotational seal because it is barrier between haldex oil and differential oil(75w-90)

Item no 3 on bill First bearing after clutch on shaft before no2 seal(it is soaked in galdex oil) easiest bearing too change it have bigger tolerance you can change it at home without hydraulic press if you need to change only that bearing. In my case that bearing was most wobly.

Item no 6 on bill Most difficult bearing to change on same shaft as bearing no 3. First on hydraulic press it showed 12 metric tons pressure before it started to move down the shaft. Second we couldnt remove outer ring from diff but it was in good shape (also that bearing was in the best shape) so we left it inside. I was scared because haldex/diff case is made of aluminium so marks are very easy to leave.

Also if you will do that at your friend with press for bearings buy some more things

1. Gasket maker
2. Loctite( bolts with 16mm head on diff/haldex that are holding diff together are made of steel but case is out of aluminium so you must use locktite when tighting on torque 50Nm)
3. O ring from haldex clutch assambley. Oem number is N 90443301. I forgot to buy it so i didn/t change it but you should change it.
4. Oil 0.85 haldex oil and 1 liter 75w 90 oil
