Black Cleaver +Tank is underrated (Build Guide)

Post Body

Build I'm currently running is Frostfire Black Cleaver (can be built first vs tanks) Deadmans/Force of Nature Steraks. Boots choice is lucidity default, Swifties against kite, mercs and plated steel caps (which are a tad overrated IMO).

Runes are primarily PTA but if you really need it grasp vs tanks or Conq vs sustain bruisers is also good.

Voli scales best with HP and Ability Haste but gets particularly screwed over by armour (yes I know AP exists) and kiting, pairing frostfire with black cleaver makes it particularly nasty to stay in extended fights with voli especially with black cleavers shred. Frostfire slow and black cleavers 30 ability haste also make it hard to escape.

Volis high base stats all these damage passives (Deadmans included) and PTA can lead to a surprising amount of burst damage and the high HP and resistances makes the best use of volis true scaling which is percent health healing on W.

If they have liandries just go and cry yourself to sleep though. There's nothing voli can do vs liandries beyond force of nature or split push builds.
