How do I stop feeding

Okay so how do I play the lane when I win early but will be out scaled and the enemy jg is babysitting their top lane. Do I just hope for my team to carry as I become more an more irrelevant? Also what can I do to get ganked less (pls do not say ward more, Iām working on that)
