Bought a vinyl and the collection tin in and international order to Canada. Got a parcel slip, went to post office and only vinyl was there, tax slip said 2 items, paid, had staff look for missing item, not there, contacted customer service on the volbeat support page 3 times now and haven't gotten any sort of reply!!!

Update: Used the Warner Music complaint form or their page and they actually replied within less than 24hrs asking for a pic of shipping email and pic of packing slip, I'll update again once they reply...

Update 2: Warner actually reached out, apologized and sent a replacement tin!!! Awaiting shipping confirmation/ tracking number
