This is my first ever post, I mostly just listen on youtube and do the gift exchanges ^^' If y'all like it I can share some more horrors from the fun world of retail
While working years ago for the golden arches, I came across many odd balls and quirky customers, but it was always the high schoolers that gave me the worst trouble. I was working a night shift and was watching the clock in hopes that it would be closer to clock out time, the huge teethy customer service smile came up when the lobby doors opened and 3 or 4 high schoolers came in loudly. They made their way up to my register and ordered as much as they could afford from the dollar menu, one of them looked at my name tag and tried cozening up to me for free french fries, but I wasn't about to risk my job for 2$ worth of products from an insincere 15 year old. Seeing that I wasn't budging they took their food and got tons of ketchup cups and went to a corner of the lobby where I didn't have line of sight, some time later they left waving and saying goodbye and I thought nothing of it. Some time later I was closer to the end of my shift and excited to head home and went to check the lobby, that's when I saw what they'd done with so many cups of ketchup. A large chunk of wall was covered in finger prints and tacky ketchup finger paintings. I called for a manager and she and I just stared dumb founded at the mess, it took an hour to clean. I don't think those high schoolers ever got caught but I kept an eye out and was rightly a little nervous when anyone took an excessive amount of condiments.
