What i am using:
I am using Voice meeter banana 2.0.6.8
OS:
windows 10 home edition 64 bits.
what i tried to do:
1:set my default Playback and recording to Aux Input and Output.
2:in voice meeter i routed the Aux virtual input to B2
3:opened OBS player4
4.Set the Desktop audio to defaulter (AUX output)
6.played something on Youtube so i can have a sound playing.
7.changed the Lowered the volume slider of the AUX Input to the minimum
What i expected:
The sound in my headset will disappear as soon as i stop playing. and the Sound bar on OBS will stay on zero (because it receive no sound anymore)
What actually happened:
The sound in my headset has disappeared as soon as i stop playing. and the Sound bar on OBS will stay on OBS kept bouncing indicating its still receives sound
Notes:
- i tried recording in OBS while lowering the sound. in the resulted recording the sound go trough no change when i lowered the volume in voice meeter.
- if i set up a mic input in OBS and then feeding the "Voice Aux Input into it"
the Volume act as expected when i am lowering the sound of the "Voice AUX" virtual input in voice meeter.
- The issue is consistent when i try to stream to discord or other devices.
Any idea why its not working as i expected and how can i make the playback work as i expected to? (if this even possible?)
