I recently started a YouTube channel and I use a closet (with sliding doors) to record audio. Before I started recording any audio, I did some research about sound acoustics and found that sound treating my recording space would improve audio quality. So, I bought some foam panels and a moving blanket and set them up in my closet.
However, I get the feeling that my closet sounds to constrained versus a larger room like my bedroom. Would it be better to sound treat my bedroom and record audio there instead?
