My agent rarely sends me auditions...should I seek out a new agent?

Post Body
I don't know what the average is for voice agents, but I get sent something like every other month. And I booked the first ever thing I auditioned for, so it's not like I'm not giving good material. Now that I have a couple credits, and a good reel, I'm wondering if I should find another agent? And also, what are some good ways to seek out work yourself? companies to email, etc. thank you!
