You guys need to relax and stop over reacting to the Vlad nerfs. Yes I understand your main champion getting nerfed always feels bad but 20% off E really isn’t the fucking end the of the world. We lose ~8 damage at level 3 and 200 damage with 1000 ap yes but we are still overkilling squishies anyway. The nerfs could of been A LOT fucking worse.
EDIT: I also know most people want Riot to release a statement on why they nerfed Vlad but tbh they most likely don’t give a shit.
