Powerbank suitable for Vive Cosmos Elite to be used wirelessly.

Hey all,
I'm trying to source a powerbank that can be used to power my Vive Cosmos Elite wirelessly with my Vive wireless kit.
The general consensus is to use a Anker PowerCore Speed powerbank, that supports QC3. The issue is, I cannot seem to find these anywhere. They show as unavailable, everywhere. The 10K and 20K mAh just don't seem to exist anymore. Not a stock issue, but a "no longer made" kind of issue.
I've looked on Amazon and elsewhere for other chargers, but I can only seem to find powerbanks that support 18W output, not the 21W output required for the Cosmos.
Any recommendations would be appreciated! I'm in the UK, so would need to be something I could get here, or get shipped here!
