HTC Vive Wireless- Front camera does not work

Hey guys.

My front camera on the vive has not worked that well in the past and have found alot of people mentioning that its a cable overload or USB bus overload causing it to be turned off. If thats the case then shouldn't mine running wirelessly bypass that. Because i would really love to use the front camera for its intended purpose.

Edit: added PC hardware to make things a bit easier.

i7 8700k @ 4.2ghz

16gb kingston hyper 2666 ddr4 ram dual channel

cooler master 650w gold rated PSU

Gigabyte Aorus B360 gaming 3 Wifi (yes im aware this is the wrong one for overclocking the 8700k)

C: 500gb samsujng evo 970 NVMe M2 SSD @3.2gbps

500gb samsung evo 870 M2 sata @ 500mbps

2x 120gb SSD sata @ 400mbps

2x 1tb WD Black drives @ 7200

Gigabyte Auros RTX 2070 Super 8gb @1835mhz boost

Cooler master M410R CPU cooler.
