I'm going to lose my fucking mind.

I am new to the Vive, finally having saved enough to get one, and this thing has caused me nothing but fucking grief thus far. I have spent almost my entire first two days with this thing trying to figure out what the fuck is wrong with it. I've searched this subreddit to death, I bought a new 3.0 USB cord and plugged it into my USB 3.0 outlet (which seemed to "fix" the issue for about two hours), I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, I've done the room setup like 20 fucking times in both normal and standing only, I've set the sync cable up between my two lighthouses, I have repositioned my lighthouses about 10 times and as of now they are both centered perfectly on each other, and I've removed any possibly shiny or reflective things in my room.

I have a GTX 1070, i5 4790k. Windows 10. No TP Link wifi, my WiFi is disabled anyway.

I am so fucking drained, and pissed off. I've spent so much time trying to get this thing to work. I am on my wit's end to the point where I'm about ready to just fucking return it. I have no idea what the fuck I can do to fix the issue at this point, I am just desperate for any kind of help.
