I'm having two issues that I can't seem to fix:

• One controller randomly floats away and starts disappearing / twitching. I feel this especially only when I face one lighthouse. It always seems like a specific controller as well but I'm not certain.

• I've also had the head tracking freak out a few times and the world going haywire. This makes me want to hurl, badly.

Here's what I've tried:

• Bluetooth and camera are disabled
• Moved around lighthouses to all different heights and positions. They are currently about 8 feet high and less than 20 feet away. The developer screen shows both lighthouses perfectly covering the play area.
• Using USB 2 not 3, tried different ports.
• Removed my WIFI card.
• Check that both lighthouses have the horizontal/vertical red stripe.
• Removed any mirrors and covered my large TV. I do have 2 windows without curtains I could try to cover.

Any ideas? Is there a smarter way to check if that lighthouse is not working properly?
