Do you think Digital River could possibly charge during the night?

My debit card doesn't work from 23:00 till 6:00. I really hope that digital rivers won't charge us europeans during the night, that would be a really stupid thing to do for so many reasons, banks are closed and people is sleeping first. What do you guys think?
