So I've been using an OG Vive for the past year now, ive loved the experience but found that the resolution is a bit lacking and screen door has been very noticeable, i was browsing offerup for a potential HMD upgrade, and found a full vive pro 2 listing for 200, posted by a reviewed, id verified seller, my cousins who picked it up confirmed this to be a genuine vive pro, but we were unsure if it was the vive pro 2, we could verify all the pieces were there (2.0 tracking stations and vive wands, with all cables) and the headset was at least a vive pro, owing to its audio strap and blue color. We snatched up the deal anyways, with the uncertainty as the tracking cameras alone are worth more than that, and its still an upgrade. Would it be worthwhile to resell these components to get a vive pro 2 (dream headset) My setup is an RTX3060 ti, 32gbs of ram, and r7 3700x? It just seems spec wise a vive pro isnt a crazy amount better. Thanks for reading and early thanks for possible commentors!

update: Just tried it, very noticeable jump in clarity, i still get like smearing when looking around though, but thats just lenses i think. although the strap doesnt quite fit my head and the FOV is roughly the same as vive, beautiful colors pop out , i will definitely ask my friend to try his index to see the pros and cons, thank you all for reading my rant, and i will update one last time to say the final verdict haha.

update edit: i have decided against vp2 solely because i cannot run it, with my current hardware, as multiple of you pointed out.
