Best way to change up your routine?
Post Body

Hoping to get an insight on how you guys edit your workouts to avoid stagnation. Im coming close to 3 months on my current 3 day full body workout plan and want to change things up. Ideally i would have 2 workout plans that i would switch between them every 3 months to keep things different. I keep increasing the weights after each exercise for next session but im reaching my limits on a few of them already. I have some ideas what i could do but would love to hear what worked for you. Should i start my other plan from a scratch?(This would definetely be the toughest option to find so many alternatives) Would keeping the same exercises but changing it up on the set/rep would be enough? Or maybe do the same plan but with different attachments? Adding my current workout routine below so you have an idea what its like. If you have any suggestion on how i could edit it for the next 3 month term i would greatly appreciate.
