finally received my vitruvian but….

it seems to have been shipped with cracks on the front of the frame….they’re small but did anyone else receive one with little cracks in it and continue to use it despite the cosmetic issues?
i’ve read on here that the return process is hell, and they would return one, and the next one came with another cosmetic issue.
i wonder if anyone’s actually received one that arrived in perfect condition. this is about $3k so i feel like the want to have one in perfect condition is normal?
