Pull-downs hack

I wanted to try a pull down variation for biceps and I think I found a semi-viable/hacky version on Vitruvian.
Now with "Just Lift" we can do many more exercises outside the main library. So, combine Just Lift with the bench on a decline, off the platform and the long bar* with the cylindrical connectors instead of the safety cables and you now have a horizontal pulldown essentially :D
- I'm not sure about the efficacy, but seems to do some work
- you have to properly anchor yourself especially since the decline state
- might not work for all body forms
I will try it on a proper workout soon, but I wonder what other previously-thought impossible-on-Vitruvian exercises anyone else has tried with the Just Lift mode.
* (I know Vitruvian warns to only use handles on Just lift for now, but it still works and I didn't use serious weights).
