3rd Party vs Vitamix Brander Replacement Pitcher

I'm looking into getting a replacement pitcher for my vitamix 5200. Either deciding between 3rd party replacements on Amazon (~$60), Vitamix brand plastic ($170), or Vitamix brand stainless steel ($220).
Since Vitamix blenders are apparently already dull, is there any difference between the Vitamix brand and 3rd party options?
