Hey I have been having terrible symptoms for years on and off. Blood test came back 17.4 ng/mL everything else was normal my LDL was a little high 127mg/dL which is strange considering im 29 but I dont think related. My doctor said it was slightly low and to take atleast 2000 IUs a day. Research I have done showed the complete opposite saying severely low and to start at 5000 and work up to 10000IUs a day with k2and magnesium glycinate. I purchased nature made d3 5000ius Nature made k2 100 mcg Doctors best magnesium 100mg I will add the photos of ingredients if i can figure it out lol. I know I should take medical advise from my dr and for the most part I do but I also understand no dr can be 100% versed in all medical aspects. Just want to make sure these supplements together are all good I have major anxiety with taking anything even vitamins lol I had issues with magnesium and my ibs before so thats why I got a lower mg. Thanks for anyone that can help!
