Today I got diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency at 22 years old, but the thing is that I never really felt it except maybe some crackling sounds on my bones every time I stretched. I was never really nautious or couldn't concentrate myself on my job or studies. There were some days where I would be feeling super tired and not wake up to class or work but my motivation always carried me in situations like this. I did get an inch shorter from 6'3 (1.94m) at 21 years old to 6'2 (1.89m) at 22 years old from it, which is kind of odd. Im just happy to havembeen diagnosed with something bad on my body and will get the treatment I need (that'll hopefully help), but my vitamin D deficiency seems kind of odd. Maybe its very recent with the deficiency, idk xd.
