ux0 directory got mixed in with another folder, every app says "file is corrupt"

I was moving files into the ux0 directory and I'm not sure how, but the entire contents of the main directory got put into a subfolder. I tried to move all of them back individually, but when I restarted, every app tells me file is corrupt. I can't get back into vitashell. Does anyone have any idea for how I can get back into the memory card and move everything back to normal?

edit: reinstalled vitashell, mounted the sd2vita, i think i moved everything back to normal and rebooted into the "Rebuild database" option. that should fix it right? the progress bar is not moving at all
