Desperate for help. PS Vita keeps shutting down in sleep mode.

When using the Vita, I put the system to sleep either mid game or when I'm not doing anything. However, a green light flashes and my Vita turns off, prompting me to turn the system on again and restarting the exploit (3.70). Any reason my Vita keeps shutting down and how to fix it? Thanks
