Hoping someone can help me with this mechanic.
The character has 5 errands to do, but, some are longer than others, and thus depending on which order they are performed, the character will not be able to complete all 5 errands. After the completion of an errand, the game will return to the list of choices so the player can choose to do another one. I would like to set up a scheme, so that if 1 errand is selected, it will disable the ability to do other certain errands, and that choice will not be displayed on the list of available choices.
Example: jog, go to gym, go grocery shopping, clean house
If they 'go to gym' first, then 1) they will not go jogging, and 2) they will not have time to go grocery shopping. Conversely, if they first decide to 'go grocery shopping' then they will not have time to 'go to gym', but they would have time to take a jog around their neighborhood.
