Tax refund still not refunded nearly 3 months later, who should I contact?

When I went to Iceland last April, I purchased a sweater and a scarf which added to about 120 Euros in total and was told at the shop that they were tax deductible and that I should fill out a document at the airport when I leave which I did. At the counter, the clerk took my document, did not give me any confirmation back (said I didn't need one) and told me I would be refunded within 6 to 12 weeks. It's been nearly 3 months since I left Iceland and I still haven't gotten a refund. The problem is that now I have no proof that I did the procedure to get a refund. Who should I contact?
