Hey folks. I just switched from Mint Mobile, to Visible today. I did a speedtest on MM right before, just to compare what the speeds would be at my current location.
MM - 13mbps download, 11mbps upload. Forgot what the ping/jitter/pack loss was.
Visible - 3.15 mbps download, 4mbps upload. 133ms ping, 19ms jitter, ?? packet loss % (no value). I currently have 1 bar of service where I'm at so that may be playing a factor.
- Does Visible have a cap on the highest speeds one could attain?
- Is there a way to tell if you're deprioritized, or if you're getting download speeds under 1mbps then is it safe to assume that you are?
- I've read tons of posts about Visible's service (or lack therof), speed issues, etc). Do low speeds affect your daily usage much (ie are you able to successfully access what you need even if your speeds are slow, FB, email, etc)?
With 3mbps down/4mbps up, I didn't have any issue getting on FB and accessing a few other sites so it didn't really bother me. Just curious to know if speeds affect anyone else in a negative way.
Thanks!
