I have to give it to Visible for making the improvements on their end! I was a customer about almost two years ago. I left mainly due to lack of coverage on the Verizon network (not visible’s fault) but also because the service was intermittent and things didn’t work like they did on Verizon, AT&T or T-mobile. Problems I had were that I would randomly disconnect from the network (even when I was in an area with full coverage), texts would fail multiple times before sending, and calls were just static sounding, and it was just frustrating. I moved to MetroByTmobile and overall the experience was much better as I had better coverage and no big issues other than slow data in crowded places and venues. I decided to give Visible a try again and now I love it! Love that I can get priority data, a good network, and be able to refer people to get some savings, along with the $30 promo for 25 months. Speeds in my area are not near T-Mobile’s speeds yet but they are consistent and that’s what I enjoy. Calls work, texts work, and the network seems so much more stable. Great to see and experience Visible now! Keep up the awesome work. In conclusion, if you tried visible before and it didn’t work, give it one more shot, you might be surprised like I was!
