Hi, Reddit. I came here to vent about my Visible experience in hope that someone, literally anyone, can help me out.
I sold my phone and got a new one the other day. If it's relevant, I switched from an iPhone 14 Pro Max to a Samsung S23 Ultra. I've been trying for two days to get Visible working on this phone, but I can't activate my eSim without confirming 2FA through my phone. Obviously, this isn't possible. I've contacted Visible support through their website, Facebook, and Twitter. Each representative has sent me a verification email that I never receive. I have a Gmail account, and it's working fine. I've gotten several other emails while talking to a rep, but their emails won't reach me. I've emailed myself from another account. I don't have any weird privacy settings, and Visible isn't blocked. I have checked every single one of my folders, and no email from Visible.
Visible support is telling me I have to contact Google because it's their fault I'm not getting an email. Another agent told me that a "higher level of support will email me soon with a resolution". Wtf? I'm not getting emails from Visible, why would you have someone email me with a resolution?? What do I do? Is there anyone higher up from Visible I can somehow contact? I rely heavily on my phone for my job, and almost all of my accounts are locked behind my phone number.
