How you can know if what the artist say is true or if its not his work ?

Hello everyone,
Because here its different from secure place like fiverr or recognized artist.
We never know who are behing the computed/smartphone. Then my question is simple:
How we can know if what the person post, answer or discuss with you its true ?
Because if i like someone works and i pay but discovery after, its not his work or even worst never receive the work i paid.
How can i know or could know to be sure ?
