Hi there,
I'm hoping to hire an assistant initially on a part-time basis, likely 4-5 hours per month to begin with though this may increase depending on how things go.
I have a whole heap of projects to be worked on that are mainly focused on updating, revamping and boosting websites, social media accounts etc, though there may be some other tasks involved.
Key duties likely to include:
- Formatting pre-written blog posts
- Adding a new WordPress theme to one or two sites and editing/styling that theme
- Creating and scheduling social media content across FB/Twitter/Linkedin
- Assisting with marketing tasks.
Other skills/experience that would be very useful but not essential:
- Copywriting/article writing
- Photo editing
- Video editing
- Familiarity with both MS Office and Google productivity tools (Docs etc.)
Ideally, you'll be able to able to work independently and take initiative, work efficiently and be based in either the US or UK as being on a similar time-zone will help with communication.
