I know I'm technically breaking the rules of this sub by over posting but I'm begging the mods to keep this up as what happened to me should be a lesson for everyone using this subreddit. As some of you may recall I posted here a few weeks ago. Within 24 hours I got 4 messages willing to take my virginity. Or so I thought. 2 of the messages were OF models. One of the messages was someone outside of my age range but was definitely real so trust me you'll find people here l but the final message I received was the one I'm warning you about. I received a message from this girl who I was sceptical about which I always am but we talked for a while and I eventually put my guard down. She seemed legit and she even promised me she wasn't after my money she just wanted to give me a memorable first experience. We then both agreed on a meeting spot. A hotel room. We both agreed to split the payment which I was okay with especially in this economy a hotel can be a lot for one person. We both agreed on a 100$ hotel room in which we would both split it 50$ obviously there would be tax but we would still split the difference and I told her I'd get paid Wednesday which is 2 days ago at the time of me typing. Wednesday comes around and I get ready to pay fory portion. That's when things got weird see she said she wanted to book the hotel as she's done it before so she booked one but she went WAY beyond what we agreed on. Remember we only agreed on 100, she booked 160$ and I had to give her an extra 30 on top of the 50 we agreed on. This should have been a red flag but i guess I was so lost in how sweet she has been talking lately and focused too much on finally losing it I payed no mind. Fast forward to Thursday and she says she needs birth control and wants some more help so I said fuck it I don't wanna get her pregnant so I forked over 80$ as I was at the time unaware that birth control wasn't that much she told me it was 150. She then sent me a spicy pic and said she can't wait to meet. She then sends me a really long paragraph asking for another 50$ as now magically her car is on empty and she needs gas money. This is where I finally woke up and realized she was trying to squeeze me for every penny I have. This is when I went to my best friends wife (were all good friends and wanted advice from another female)and I told her what happened. She did some detective work and found her Facebook. Turns out she has no female friends and all guys that are definitely her sugar daddys. That's what confirmed it, she wasn't trying to have sex with me. She was trying to squeeze money out of me. I have a lot of feelings right now. I feel stupid, betrayed, violated, and hopeless that I let a girl trick me like that. The worst part isn't losing the money, the worst part is the fact that a week leading up to all this she tricked me into believing we can be couple. Foolish of me I know as we haven't met in person yet but the way she spoke seemed so legit. She would ask me stuff like have I ate yet? Did I get enough sleep? Etc. I foolishly belived her till I threw away 155 of my own dollars which don't sound like a lot but in this economy where you have to make every cent count that's a lot of money to lose on a scam. So a word of advice to people on this subreddit. Meet the person first, make sure they aren't there to scam you but actually there to give you a nice first experience. Try not to spend a dime and if you have to meet a couple times first and then do it in person so they can't make any excuses. Don't make the same mistake I did.
