I am thinking about buying a rental property to create basically a studio for content creation. I would build it out and maintain the house and provide any filming equipment needed. Not to mention possibly live streaming 24/7 from this house. It would be under a LLC and everyone that stayed there would be under a lease/contract.
Was wondering what people here thought of this?
