I own my condo. I have a neighbor who has parties in the middle of the night usually from 12 midnight to 4 am at least 2 times a week. She isn't a nice person. I have talked her, called the police, and talked to the condo association. When I called the police, she threatened to kill me if I called again. I called the police again and she threw bottles of milk at my house. The police didn't help. Any thoughts?
Have you considered appealing to what's in it for her? We own a house in the area and I think too many people are investing on an assumption that their neighbors will prioritize not themselves.
