Becoming a resident

I’m currently living in Louisiana, my hometown, and was planning on moving up there because there’s a few people that I know from there. I’m living in my truck and am currently employed making $15 an hour getting bi-weekly pay, the economy here is pretty bad, it’s bad elsewhere, and I wanted to see something different. My savings is growing as long as I budget carefully and I keep my head held high during my situation and when the opportunity comes, I’ll make my leap, but not right now.
