I can’t find anything past that it was signed and porn websites are protesting. My thing is, won’t websites that have both porn and non-porn uses be effected (Reddit, for example)? Much of the internet is also not necessarily kid-friendly. Is this purely sex-based? Is it just VPN time? Any new info?
